This is the hottest Melinda’s hot sauce that I’ve tried.This hot sauce has an Additive heat, if you put more on, the temperature continues to rise. I haven’t taken it all the way to it’s heat plateau as it has gone above my comfort level.I can eat raw habanero with my food.So this sauce is easily in that ranking, habanero and higher. Use sparingly at your own discretion.The flavor is good, unlike many actually Hot hot sauces, Melinda’s brand takes care to craft Food additives rather than human repellent as many other novelty hot sauce makers do.Great 5 star ⭐️ buy from a 5 star ⭐️ seller I like my hot sauce thanksOf the peppers "above" ghost chili on the Scoville scale, I think the scorpion pepper has the best flavor. For those who like suff this spicy, Melinda's does a great job with this hot sauce. Scorpion pepper mash is the first ingredient and no burnt chemical tasting pepper extract........I look for Melinda's first, EVERYTIME!!Hotter than Tabasco, but not fiery. Flavor is decent but not good enough to make up for the very modest heat.Ive been trying Melinda's hot sauces one by one and this one is one of the bigger disappointments. Their ghost pepper sauce is definitely their hottest sauce, but I thought it would be this scorpion sauce since its a way hotter pepper. Its likely the mash theyre using is very diluted. It doesnt carry the unique scorpion pepper flavor like you get from even Tabasco's scorpion. Tabasco's is also hotter than this one. If you want hot Melinda's just get ghost pepper and dont waste your money on anything else they all taste similar.Having just finished the small Trinidad Scorpion bottle I brought back from visiting the island a few years ago, I looked to Amazon and found this one. The color is slightly more red than what I bought locally in Trinidad, but the flavor and spice level is on point. This stuff is delicious!Very hot and a nice compliment to the meal
