This is some the best cordials I have tasted. They get the balance of pineapple and pepper perfectly. I started drinking an ounce of this in my Pellegrino first thing in the morning and slowly moved into using in it my gin martinis on the weekends to try to extend the use of the product. Not any gin folks. Aviation Gin. Why? Aviation has more of a citrus flavor and less of a botanical dry gin flavor. Amsterdam gin works nicely too. I don't like Vodka, but I can see how the mixing of the two can be amazing.Absolutely delicious with some club soda. Beyond refreshing delicious and interesting - If you're taking a drinking break this really hits the spot!This product is delicious, but very unusual in that the underlying flavor profile is vinegar-tart. The sweetness of the pineapple is definitely there, as is some spicy heat from peppers (nothing too dramatic). It will be a fun challenge figuring out where this can go. One idea I've had is as an adjunct to a Moscow Mule.
