These are the best roasted red peppers I have found. The taste is wonderful and they are low in sodium compared to many others! I have a Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato soup I use them for. I have also blended them in my Vitamix with some raw cashews for a fabulous sauce!EDIT: Be very aware when you order. I had always gotten a 6 pack. When I went to order again, I figured it would be the same. My fault for not checking more carefully. This time it was only 1 bottle for almost $46.00!! Insane. I found it locally at a place I hate to shop at, but it was less that $3.50 per bottle! Lesson learned. Read the fine print!!!
