My favorite Volcano Dust product is the Fatali, closely followed by Volcano Dust 2. Dust 2 is habanero + ghost, whereas this product, Dust 1, is habanero + red peppers. So the difference is really the heat level. Unfortunately, while I have a very high heat tolerance, the people around me don't, so Dust 2 is just overwhelming and Fatali is limited to a tiny, tiny dash during cooking. This product, Dust 1, is much more suitable for people without high heat tolerance, but still adds a huge amount of flavor. I truly enjoy all Volcano dust products, but this one is the easiest to use when cooking for multiple people with different heat tolerances.
