I discovered this sauce years ago and for some reason it has disappeared from local stores. After the supply I had ran out I decided to purchase the case which is very cost competitive. This sauce is unique in my experience as it has a wonderful smoky flavor with no noticeable vinegar note. It is perfect for red meat and goes well with some cheese dishes as well. I tend toward red sauces when spicing up chicken but would not shy away from using this if the other spices were complementary. The label lists it as "very hot" but IMHO that is over stating it. It is perhaps slightly hotter than regular tabasco, but not by much. No adult to whom I offered it had an adverse reaction to the heat.
