I've always been a bit crap with peppers, used to chop the top and bottoms off (did try not chopping the bottom off for a time), wish I could learn how to deal with a pepper like a pro.But this little tool does a fantastic job with minimal additional clean up required (though it does depend on the pepper). Push it in the top, give it a bonk on the chopping board, bit of a twist and sorted. Check for any seeds and get to preparing.Really glad it got brought to my attention in a TikTok "Kitchen Gadgets" video so I could pick it up!
